Medical IT Sales Representative (Boston, MA)

PaxeraHealth, a market leader in medical imaging IT solutions is looking for qualified candidates for sales in North America. The candidate has to have the ability to build relationships, has strong collaboration, negotiation, persuasion skills, a powerful customer conversations and the ability to close sales thru outbound sales activity to resellers and clients, the candidate will be responsible for all facets of account and relationship management. Minimum 3 year experience in business development or sales positions in Healthcare IT or Medical Imaging and preferably in PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication system). Proficient English language is must.

Responsibilities include:

Identify, develop and support new pro-active dealers in international markets
Attend & assist with trade and dealer shows as required Assist National Sales Manager, follow-through opportunity development as directed Travel through Middle East to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
Identify and understand the clients’ needs and provides solutions using company products, and services.
Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls to potential customers.
Develop and deliver sales presentations/demos and close sales in a professional and effective manner Develop and generate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Produce regular reports and final plans in a timely manner to the management team for approval.
Learn and be proficient on all of the company solutions and attend trade shows as directed by the management team.
Provide training to account base ie… presentation skills, new product intros, product and market refreshers Work with a wide variety of internal teams at all levels. Consult with the product segment marketing teams to develop marketing plans/programs.
